In the event of complaints about illegal sites (e.g. if your winnings are not paid out), the Gaming Commission (GC) cannot do anything, except add the site in question to the list of illegal gambling sites. Complaints about illegal gambling sites are not investigated, but an official report is drawn up to be included on this list.
And that is not the end of the story... Gambling on an illegal gambling site is even punishable by law! Players can be fined between €26 and €25,000 (multiplied by a multiplication factor) if they knowingly played on an illegal gambling site. For organisers, these fines are set at between €100 and €100,000 (multiplied by a multiplication factor).
The following gambling websites are on the list of illegal gambling sites of the GC. However, this list is not exhaustive. This means that gambling sites that are not (yet) on this list may still be illegal.
If you want to gamble, only use the gambling sites licensed by the GC. The GC launched the Always Play Legally logo to inform players. This logo may only be used by legal gambling operators licensed by the GC.
But above all, play in moderation and stop in time!
